We make it easy to cancel your PushToApp subscription at any time. No hidden fees, no hoops to jump through.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your PushToApp subscription at any time, directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitments.

  • Open PushToApp on your desktop and navigate to Account Settings
  • Select Manage Subscription
  • Click Cancel Subscription and confirm your choice
  • You will receive a confirmation email at your registered email address

Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing sales@larkite.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and your account email address.

European Union & United Kingdom: Cooling-Off Period

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase, during which you may cancel for a full refund without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your cooling-off right, contact us at sales@larkite.com within 14 days of your purchase. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Please note: If you have actively used PushToApp services (e.g., generated apps, consumed credits) during the cooling-off period, we may deduct a proportionate amount for services already provided, as permitted by applicable law.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, cancellations are governed by the standard cancellation terms described above.

What Happens After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, here is exactly what to expect:

  • Immediate: Your cancellation is processed and confirmed via email
  • Until billing period ends: You retain full access to all paid features, including your remaining credits
  • After billing period ends: Your account reverts to the Free plan (3 credits per month)
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period

Your apps are yours. All apps you built with PushToApp remain on your local device and continue to work after cancellation. We never delete or restrict access to apps you have already generated.

Data Retention After Cancellation

PushToApp is a desktop-first application. Your data stays on your computer.

  • Local data: All projects, generated apps, and settings remain on your device indefinitely
  • Cloud account: Your PushToApp account is retained in an inactive state so you can resubscribe at any time
  • Build history: Your cloud build records are retained for 90 days after cancellation, then automatically deleted
  • Account deletion: To permanently delete your account and all associated data, email sales@larkite.com

Credits and Billing

Understanding how credits and billing work during and after cancellation:

  • Unused credits remain available until the end of your current billing period
  • Credits do not carry over after your subscription ends
  • No additional charges will be billed after cancellation takes effect
  • If you are within 14 days of your first subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund under our Refund Policy

Resubscribing

Changed your mind? You can resubscribe at any time.

  • Open PushToApp and go to Account Settings > Manage Subscription
  • Choose your preferred plan (Starter, Standard, or Pro)
  • Your account will be reactivated immediately with fresh credits for the new billing cycle
  • All your existing local projects and generated apps will still be available

Annual Subscriptions

Annual plans follow the same cancellation process with these additional details:

  • You can cancel at any time during your annual subscription
  • Access continues through the end of your prepaid annual period
  • No prorated refunds are issued for the remaining months of an annual plan
  • The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies to annual plans just as it does to monthly plans

International Consumer Rights

Your cancellation and refund rights under this policy do not limit any additional rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

European Union & United Kingdom

Your rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are fully preserved. This includes the 14-day cooling-off period described above and any additional remedies available under your local consumer protection laws.

Canada

Your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, and equivalent provincial laws) are preserved. These may provide additional cancellation rights beyond what is described in this policy.

Australia

Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), you have consumer guarantee rights that cannot be excluded. If PushToApp services have a major failure, you are entitled to cancel your subscription and receive a refund. For minor failures, you are entitled to have the issue resolved within a reasonable time.

Desktop-first advantage: PushToApp stores your app projects locally on your device. Your creative work and business data never leaves your computer unless you choose to use our Publish & Share feature. All apps you have built remain yours regardless of subscription status.
