We want you to be completely satisfied with PushToApp. Here's our straightforward approach to refunds, credits, and cancellations.

Try any paid plan risk-free. If you're not satisfied with PushToApp within the first 14 days of your subscription, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
- Applies to your first subscription purchase only (not renewals or plan changes)
- Request must be made within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription date

- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
Automatic Credit Refunds for Failed Builds
PushToApp automatically refunds credits when an app build fails due to a system error. You don't need to take any action — if a build fails on our end, your credits are returned instantly.
Automatic refunds cover:
- API errors — when the AI provider is temporarily unavailable
- Processing failures — server-side errors during app generation
- Unexpected errors — any unhandled exception during the build process
This applies to all plans, including the Free tier. Credits are refunded server-side automatically — check your credit balance in your account dashboard to confirm.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your PushToApp subscription at any time from your account settings. Here's what happens when you cancel:
- You retain full access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period
- Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan when the billing period ends
- All apps you've already built remain yours — they are stored locally on your computer
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your current billing period
Credit System
PushToApp uses a credit system for AI-powered app generation. Here's how credits work with refunds:
- Unused credits roll over to the next billing period (up to your plan's maximum balance)
- Credits consumed by successful builds cannot be reversed
- Credits are non-refundable outside the 14-day satisfaction guarantee window
- If you cancel, remaining credits expire when your billing period ends
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day satisfaction guarantee, email us with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Your subscription start date
- A brief reason for the refund (helps us improve)

International Refund Rights
In addition to the 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above, you may have additional refund rights under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. These international rights apply in addition to (not instead of) PushToApp's standard refund terms.
European Union & United Kingdom
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the date of your initial subscription purchase, during which you may request a full refund without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact sales@larkite.com within 14 days of purchase.
Beyond the cooling-off period, if our service fails to meet the standards described or is not provided with reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to additional remedies under the EU Consumer Rights Directive or the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Canada
Your refund rights are subject to applicable provincial consumer protection legislation (including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, and equivalent provincial laws) in addition to this policy. Provincial laws may provide additional refund rights that cannot be waived by contract.
Australia
Under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), you have consumer guarantee rights that cannot be excluded. If PushToApp services have a major failure, you are entitled to cancel and receive a refund. For minor failures, you are entitled to have the issue resolved within a reasonable time.
Desktop-first advantage: PushToApp stores your app projects locally on your device. Your creative work and business data never leaves your computer unless you choose to use our Publish & Share feature. This means your work is always safe and accessible, regardless of subscription or refund status.
Exceptions
Refund eligibility may be affected by the following:
- Terms of Service violations — accounts found in violation of our Terms of Service forfeit refund eligibility
- Chargebacks — if a chargeback is filed, associated credits are automatically reclaimed
- Policy abuse — repeated or fraudulent refund requests may result in account restriction
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of PushToApp after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
