Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains how Larkite collects, uses, and protects your information when you use PushToApp.

Last updated: March 5, 2026

Introduction

Larkite ("we," "our," or "us") operates PushToApp, an AI-powered application builder. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our desktop application and related services.

By using PushToApp, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the application.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Subscription and billing information (processed by our payment provider)

Usage Information

We collect information about how you use PushToApp:

  • Credit usage and build history
  • Feature usage patterns (aggregated and anonymized)
  • Error reports and crash logs (with your consent)

What We Do NOT Collect

Your app code and projects remain private. PushToApp stores your generated applications locally on your computer. We do not have access to, store, or transmit your application code to our servers. Your projects never leave your device.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve PushToApp
  • Process transactions and manage your subscription
  • Track credit usage and prevent abuse
  • Send important updates about your account or the service
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve features (using aggregated, anonymized data)
  • Comply with legal obligations

AI Processing & Third-Party Services

PushToApp uses third-party AI services to generate applications. When you build an app:

  • Your text prompts and instructions are sent to AI providers (such as Google, Anthropic, or DeepSeek) to generate code
  • These providers process your prompts according to their own privacy policies
  • We do not send your personal information, only the build instructions you provide
  • Generated code is returned to your local device and is not stored by us

Your prompts are not used to train AI models. We use API access that explicitly excludes training on user data. Your build requests are processed and discarded.

Data Storage & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information:

  • Account data is stored securely using Firebase with encryption at rest
  • Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
  • API communications are encrypted using TLS/SSL
  • We regularly review and update our security practices

Your generated applications and project files are stored only on your local device. We recommend maintaining your own backups of important projects.

Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only in these circumstances:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third parties who assist in operating our service (payment processing, authentication, AI providers)
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (you will be notified)
  • With Your Consent: For any other purpose with your explicit consent

Your Rights & Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export: Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt-out: Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

To exercise these rights, contact us at PushToApp@larkite.com.

Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze site traffic and usage
  • Enable essential site functionality

The PushToApp desktop application does not use tracking cookies. It only stores necessary authentication and preference data locally.

Children's Privacy

PushToApp is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

International Data Privacy Rights

In addition to the rights described above, you may have additional rights depending on where you live. PushToApp's desktop-first architecture means most of your data never leaves your device — your creative work and business data stay on your computer unless you choose to use our Publish & Share feature.
